California Dreaming Beach Parties . . .
"California Dreaming" beach bash with delicious barbecued foods, great music
and fun activities. As guests arrive on the Beach, they are donned with straw hats,
Hawaiian leis and water bottles featuring your company logo. A steel drum band plays
island jam while your guests participate in beach competitions including volleyball,
Frisbee golf, obstacle course and limbo dancing. A photographer is on hand to shoot
Polaroids with muscle beach cut-outs.
Hollywood! Entertainment Parties . . .
A cocktail reception kicks off the evening with delectable hors d' oeuvres and food
stations. The theme is "A Night at the Oscars" As your guests arrive, they are
greeted by Mae West, W.C. Fields, Marilyn Monroe, Lucille Ball, Groucho Marx and Humphrey
Bogart. A red carpet graces the entrance with ropes and stanchion. A large
marquee features your company, while twinkle lights glitter on palm trees. Once inside, your
guests feel as though they have traveled back in time to a Hollywood
cabaret. Sounds of
Cole Porter and Gershwin fill the air...
Top Gun . . .
Your guests experience "behind the scenes" areas of a Military Aircraft
Command Center, not otherwise available for public access. Entryways to the hangar are
flanked with the fastest and most powerful aircraft in the World. Experienced air crews
answer questions as guests climb to look into the cockpit. Just for fun, the hangar is
transformed into the "Officers Quarters," "Motor Pool,"
"Infirmary" and "Recreation Area." The variety of military decor
includes camouflage, canvas, netting and lighting effects to create the feel for the
evening. A "USO Show" features dance tunes, with rations served alongside ice
cold beverages. A night guaranteed to be exciting, fun and memorable!
Fox and Hounds . . .
Host your most valued friends or business associates at a world renowned Equestrian
Center. As guests arrive, a butler serves champagne and delicious hors d'
oeuvres from a
silver tray. During the reception, guests observe majestic show horses
attended by
blacksmiths, groomers and riders all dressed in traditional attire. First a violin and flute
fill the air, followed by a trio that plays during dinner in the "Hunt Club"
motif covered arena. Waiters wear half coats with white gloves, serving an exquisite meal
prepared by one of our finest chefs. Then "Pas de Deux" -- an aristocratic
dressage exhibition -- begins; followed by a hunter/jumper demonstration choreographed
to classical music.
Your Private Mansion . . .
For that special occasion, stage an upscale "Life Styles of the Rich and
Famous" dinner with delicious food, instrumental music, cigar rolling, baccarat and
self tours of a fabulous mansion. As your guests arrive, they are greeted by waiters
serving champagne and hors d' oeuvres. The wine cellar, game room, dance studio and living
areas contain experiences for all in attendance.
The State Dinner . . .
This gala is trimmed with the appropriate White House State Dinner protocol at a
presidential library. As your guests arrive over the red carpet entrance, the Marine Honor
Guard plays for the dignitaries. Photo journalists with flashing cameras are on hand to
capture each moment. Once in the Rose Garden, the white gloved staff serves hors d'
oeuvres. Tours of the exhibit areas are offered, followed by fabulous entertainment and an
exquisite four-course dinner served with White House flair.
Hole-in-One . . .
Pair your guests at a prestigious golf course for a private tournament. Upon arrival,
guests are checked in and treated to a continental breakfast. During this time, they
compete in a driving and putting contest. A shotgun starts the main event, featuring a
full 18 holes of golf. On the fairway, roving carts offer beverages and snacks, keeping
the contestants in good humor. Winners and score boards are presented during a barbecue
lunch outside the club house.
Fire and Ice Celebrations . . .
A classic location is the site of your "Fire
and Ice" event. As guests enter,
their senses are heightened by the sight of hanging glistening snow flakes, animated
characters, lighted garland, white manzanita trees and most intriguing, a 50' long night
snow drop. "Ice Skaters" (roller-bladers in costume) light up the rink while fog
and mist fill the room. Your guests dance to a variety of music.
Summer Barbecue . . .
On this day of fun, we'll stage a "down home" barbecue with smoked meat,
fresh salads and hearty desserts. As guests arrive, they smell the aroma of Texas-style
barbecue and hear the sounds of popular Country Western music. The pavilion is set with
picnic tables covered with red and white checkered linens. Old fashioned sarsaparilla
is
served and Americana style lanterns are strung overhead. A Sheriff is on hand to deputize
selected guests for excellent service and dedication. The tender hearted are taken to the
town jail for photos and fun. Step right up partners, we're going to have a foot
stompin'
good time!
60's Retro Fun . . .
Celebrate the 1960's and pay tribute to the music scene and its most talented
artists. As guests arrive, they hear the music of the Beatles. Incense fills the air
while "groovy" attendants distribute love beads and daisies. Giant lava lamps ooze
bright colored blobs while macramé and candles adorn registration tables. A psychedelic
tent serves as a platform, filled with great food, smiley faces and a Volkswagen Bug with
polka dots. Waiters are attired in 1960's garb, complete with tie-die shirts and hip
huggers. A sign points guests to the "Haight Ashbury District" where fabulous
desserts are served.
