Our commitment to excellence starts with giving your guests a warm
welcome.
At the airport, our staff organizes transfers based on passenger
manifests, coordinates luggage assistance, provides two-way communications
and transports guests to their hotels.
We offer a fleet of town cars, motor coaches and executive mini
coaches for VIP transfers.
Motor coaches are deluxe, late model, European design with
air-conditioning and spacious luggage areas. Two-way radio communication
is standard on all vehicles. Most are equipped with a PA system, TV and
VCR.
Friendly and professional drivers are experienced at making
transfers at airports and area hotels. Once on board, guests are welcomed and given complete and accurate information.
A back-up van is on standby during arrivals at the airport and
during departures from hotels.
Baggage is loaded into the vehicle luggage compartment by drivers
and ESI staff.
ESI provides client logo signs for vehicles and staff.
In addition to facilitating transfers, we will assist with providing
transportation for off-site special events, group tours, spouse programs
and town cars or limo service for VIPs.
Ask about our new service: “VIP Secure”. Our elite team of
transportation experts can transfer dignitaries with their security team
from city to city, via private jet or helicopter.
